The wrap up helps athletes to consolidate what they learned during the workshop.
 
You can start the wrap up by asking the athletes to highlight key ideas from the workshop. Also, ask them about the next steps they plan to take in the career process. If you learn about on campus career center details and online resources before the workshop it will be easier to point them in the right direction.
 
The last step is to summarize what was said, thank the participants, and remind them to take their Transferable Skills Inventories to use as they move forward in the career process.
